Thracian Lowland, Bulgaria
Wine made of Chardonnay from vinewyards in the region of the Struma River Valley. Fermented in French oak barrels at temperatures between 16ºC and 20ªC. Fermented and aged over a period of 6 months, with an additional 3 months of aging after being bottled. Bâtonnage.
Straw yellow colour with beautiful shades of old gold. Explosive flavour with a rich and complex fruity bouquet of pineapple, citrus, banana and vanilla. Bodied, mild, balanced and harmonious with a long finish.
Salads, fish dishes, smoked fish, white meat dishes, cheese. Fine dark meat dishes at a temperature of 12ºC - 14ºC.
