Thracian Lowland, Bulgaria
This vine variety is unique to Southwestern Bulgaria. 18 days of maceration, fermented at a 28ºC-30ºC temperature. Aged 8 months in french oak barrels.
Dry red wine with a dark ruby color. Unique fragrance, a blend of cherry, black fruits, sweet spices and elegant vanilla. Mild and fruity flavour, with good structure and softness, hints of black pepper and tobacco in the finish.
Red meat/ game fine dining dishes, piquant cheeses.
